Acne

My teen daughter has started to have some breakouts (not cysts, just "regular" teen acne) on her face, and of course, wants to use all the chemical-filled products that her friends are using. Anyone have any suggestions on what she can safely use to remedy the problem.

we had the added benefit of my son's acne clearing when he went onto Candida Clear by NOW

 

zinc oxide cream is also good and cleansing with chamomille tea

My daughter has acne only on her forehead, she has had great relief from Apple Cider Vinegar. She just puts on a cotton ball and cleans her forehead.

 

I have heard tea tree oil works too.
