environmental physicians in new jersey

Hi

 

My son has developed a severe acute onset of tics and we are concerned that there maybe environmental causes for this that are being overlooked by his neurologist. There are also some levels off in his bloodwork that might suggest such factors. Is anyone aware of and could recommend an environmental physician in the New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania area?
