What to test for?

I finally got a PED who is willing to help!! She has agreed to do allergy testing with his yearly blood work and I need to know what I should have her test for other than the normal food panel. He is a PANDAS child and still has some confusion issues/constant rash all over his body. I think might have something to do with allergies? Any ideas what to ask for??
