OT: Allergy Friendly Pumpkin Pie (no wheat, corn, dairy)

Thank you. It sounds scrumptious! I have a pie pumpkin sitting in my kitchen. It sure sounds better than the pumpkin cobbler I was conjuring up! Enjoy your Thanksgiving.
