SPM Active

My son's naturopath has suggested using SPM Active (fish oil) for my son's tics.  Has anyone used this product and if so has it helped?  She said it has helped children with PANS.

I have not used this but am also interested in hearing from others about this.

We tried it for about a year and a half and made zero difference for our son. We tried many supplements and dietary changes, and the only time we ever had any improvement was with antibiotics.
