PLEASE HELP- any docs in St. Louis area?

We recently moved to the St. Louis area, and my 6 year old son (with no past medical history whatsoever) has suddenly developed several tics and personality changes. I'm struggling to find a doctor who believes that PANDAS exists, much less someone who has treated a patient with it. Does anyone have any suggestions? THANK YOU!!

There was just a PANDAS conference in St. Louis, so I know there are professionals in that area. There is a PANDAS group in that area:
