rowingmom
Unfortunately this doesn't mean they are pesticide free. They are now using non-GMO corn starch for a binder and non-GMO sugar. The oats were never GMO and are still treated conventionally with pesticide. Non-GMO doesn't mean organic.
3bmom
Thanks Rowingmom! We rarely eat grains and only organic unless in a restaurant. Organic is expensive but nothing compared to the medical cost of PANDAS! When our boys were toddlers Cherrios was a staple even for entertaining them in restaurants. We had 2 dogs that wouldn't touch the Cheerios under the high chair! I used to joke how did I get so unlucky, now I think those dogs were brilliant! It does make me wonder that most of our babies formulas first few ingredients all contain GMO's. The same is true for dietary supplement drinks for our elderly. We need to go back to our Grandparents food ;D
