This presentation is designed for OTs, PTs, and other health professionals and educators. It is also open to parents and the general public. Dr. Tona is an investigator in the PANS Retrospective Survey along with Dr. Tanya Murphy and has previously authored various articles on PANDAS/PANS in the school setting. Course Objectives: 1. PANS Diagnostic criteria and proposed underlying neuro-immunology2. PANS Medical interventions3. Effects of exacerbation on areas of occupation, client factors, and performance skillsincluding school and home functioning4.
