Magnesium deficiency effects methylation

Yes, interesting.

Funny how many different "takes" intelligent, articulate and obviously well-studied people can have on a single issue.

For good, bad or otherwise, DS has been taking a calcium/zinc/magnesium supplement daily for the last several years, as have I. I thought I was taking it mostly for the calcium, but maybe not! :-)

Has anyone seen Dr. Stephanie Seneff from MIT post on how Round up in GMO food disrupts the methylation process thru gut symbiosis and chelation of important minerals. I know we have had improvement thru avoidance but would like this forums knowledgable and experienced thoughts. I have been slowly reading your posts to gather info. I found the one on copper inbalance allowing cadndida and other infections to be highly interesting. This seems to go hand in hand with the above post on magnesium. Does anyone know a good Dr.who looks at these imbalances or have had success?
