Need to find an ENT

I have an 8 year old daughter who has both PANDAS and lyme. She is currently on antibiotics and receiving IVIG. She is definitely improving but I am suspicious that her tonsils and/or adenoids may need to come out. Could someone point me in the direction of an ENT in NY, NJ or CT?

I have a wonderful ent who told me he has done 20 or so t and a's just for pandas, in ardsley, ny does that work?
