julia24
I just read yesterday about iron that is easily absorbed the body & iron that isn't, but now I can't find that thread. Can anyone help? I am anemic right now, due to the blood loss during m/c, & I need to build iron back up. I bought a supp at the grocery store. It says Ferrous Sulfate. Is that good or bad? Thanks, -Julie P.S. Sorry this post isn't directly TS related. I just knew I saw the exact info I needed here yesterday & now I can't find it. Chemar
hi Julie i am not sure which thread you are referring to, but my son has been given Solgar brand Gentle Iron for his anaemia and it is the most effective, least digestively disruptive available we have tried others, even others called gentle iron, but none is as good as the Solgar.
