[about autism, a mild case]with OCD. can a person be smart enough to train his or her own mind to at least reduce the OCD in autism, so that person doesn' t have to rely on pills? Chemar Posted October 14, 2006 Report Share Posted October 14, 2006 hi Michael Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT) is the best way to train one's mind to help with OCD also re autism, there is an online game called Brigadoon that is supposed to be very helpful for people with Autism/Aspergers in terms of coping/social etc skills.......I have no personal knowledge of it but have heard good reports of it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
