Where do you find a doctor willing to diagnose PANDAS and prescribe antibiotics with no active or lab "positive" evidence of an infection?

Our current doc basically said if this blood test shows no strep then we can rule out pandas and his only other solution is to wait it out and see a psychiatrist :(

PS yes, my dd had low strep titers despite positive cultures and PANDAS severe enough to require hospitaliation.

My son has classic PANDAS . No elevated strep bloodwork. NIH told me 1/3 of PANDAS KIDS do not have elevated aso antidnase b.

 

So keep pushing forward and trust your gut. get to a PANDAS DOC asap
