Can anyone pm me information on Dr. Corson in PA for Lyme treatment?

I don't know anything from personal experience, but everything I've read she has put out is amazing.

My own LLMD had referred to her advice/experience.

She has a very, very long waiting list (they told me I had to wait about 6 months for them to call me to even make an appointment. I couldn't wait that long, so I found someone else (very please with him.) But, I've heard she's excellent.

I am needing contact info for Dr. Ann Corson's practice and can't locate it. If anyone out there has it please pass it on to me!
