different IVIG protocol

Has anyone ever done 1 infusion over five days followed by an infusion every two weeks for three months and then nothing/remission?

A neurologist at NYU who unfortunately only treats adult patients. This was recommended for an adult with PANDAS not a child. No immunodefieciency at play

I would have to contact the person to have more details but i believe he said it was very effective for PANDAS in his experience & yes it is a five day hospital stay and yes he does combine it wiht solumedrol to take down inflammation
