My daughter, almost 13, needs supportive friends that understand Pandas and the OCD that goes along with it. Does anyone know of an online group for teens? Anyone else have a kid that feels like no one else understands?

I have a 14yr son. He said that he would be interested in being friends. Let me know if she is interested. Maybe they could fb first.

There is a kids PANDAS facebook page, but we do not let our kids fb.

There is also a kids pandas website- started by a boy with PANDAS- my daughter has made a few internet friends from that site.

My son, soon to be 13, would be interested, but I have not let him get a Facebook acct. They are really struggling through all this.

I don't allow my daughter, almost 12, on fb either, but I would consider the private group, as she has no one to talk to about her pandas. She is starting to feel very isolated.

My dd17 "mentors" another PANDAS girl 11 who felt like she was the only one like this. My daughter Drew would be happy to speak/text/fb with anyone. Her email is Drewashleymaxwell@gmail.com. she does not check it everyday though. She is attached to her phone and FB as most 17yr olds are. Her fb name is Drew Maxwell.

I PMed a couple of you. I spoke with my daughter and she would like to be able to email with any girls going through this. She was a little reluctant about talking with boys.
