cobbiemommy Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 We received part of DS blood work results today in the mail! He passed some of the important parts and had horrible scores on almost all of his streptococcus pneumoniae titers. Only type 3 was at 10.9. Almost all of the others were at 0.7 or below. We are getting some answers and a better look at the whole puzzle. What does high t3 uptake mean in terms of thyroid? His other thyroid numbers were within range.

kim Posted March 4, 2012 Report Posted March 4, 2012 Cobbiemommy, You might want to review these threads regarding what appears to be known and not known regarding the significance of the S. pneumoniae titers before seeing your Dr. again.
