Eating really healthy is critical to recovering from Lyme and TBIs, as is supplementing with vitamins and minerals. I don't know of any multi-vitamin that will give you everything you need. Perhaps others may know of a good one. I will soon be switching to a "vitamin pack" instead of individual vitamins, but I am nearing the end of my treatment and will continue to take additional supplements to support my immune system and adrenals.

i really don't eat right and though a vitamin would be a wise thing to do. i have lyme also.

Interestingly, my ds and dh have tested "no" on our multiple vitamins, which are very good and liquid. They were both prescribed 'Mila' seed which you can get in most organic food stores. It has to be soaked in water for at least an hour and forms a gelatin consistency. You can use it in cooking (nutrients not diminished by cooking), smoothies, with juice. I even put it in cookies! It is touted as the "world's healthiest whole raw food".

We take Nutrivitamin Enzyme Complex from Integrative Therapeutics. Its very high quality with lots of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and probiotics in it. But you need to eat well too!

Had another thought after thinking of your question for a few days. Heavy metals seem to play a role in all of this, so that is where eating organic and gluten-free (helps with inflammation) may be very helpful in starting to reduce this load so your body can concentrate more on healing.

Also, just treatment for parasites/worms has helped many with brain fog and energy. My ds treatment was 6 weeks, I believe.
