I am surprised he does not see children. Much of his research is done on neuropsychiatric disorders associated with Lyme and you see this is many children. Andrea

I believe someone else on this forum said Dr. Fallon refers some pediatric patients to Dr. Ernest Visconti, a pediatric infectious disease doc in Staten Island, NY.

If someone has seen Dr. Viconti could you please PM me with your impressions/experiences? My 8 y.o. DD has just been diagnosed with Lyme, 2 weeks after the 4 week course of antibiotics (pediatrican gave 3 but granted my request for 4 weeks) her symptoms are creeping back. Pediatrician has suggested things like "maybe she has migrane headache" and admitted she has little experience with Lyme, so clearly I need an LLMD. I believe she contracted it in April 2010 which is when she had symptoms that I now know are classic Lyme. Any help greatly appreciated, we live in Westchester, New York but will of course travel to get help. Thank you in advance,
