Which PANDAS "specialists" ruled out PANDAS?

Which nationally recognized PANDAS specialists ruled out PANDAS in the Leroy girls?? The latest and greatest from Mechtler and DENT. He says :

 

Although it is not uncommon to have a difference of opinion by treating physicians, I would respectfully request that the patients be treated not through the mainstream media but by credible experts specializing in the field of movement disorder.

IF that is in fact correct, I find it highly problematic, given that NIMH just yesterday stated, that Swedo hadn´t seen or examined the Le Roy kids and because of that wasn´t able to make a statement about them or their diagnosis -
