my child has been sick since birth, but she tests possitive for bartonella, and i tested possitive for lyme. i always thought i passed the bartonella onto her at birth, but how could that be now, since i only test possitive for lyme. hummm....

You could have bartonella too, and it could just be a false negative on the test result. False negatives on bartonella tests are fairly common.
