Hi Everyone,

I got my red blood cell elements test results back. I had low iron and boron levels. My selenium levels was so high the result was off the chart. I heard that Chlorophyll is a good way too boost iron if your are low

in iron without having the toxic effects that could occur from supplementing the iron directly. Does anybody else know anything about this? Is anyone using Chlorophyll or Chlorfresh to serve this purpose? What are your experiences?

Hi Carolyn

my son's recent bout of illness left him somewhat anaemic and the physician recommended a safe form of chelated iron called "Gentle Iron" by Solgar. Each capsule is 25 mg of iron bisglycinate, and it doesnt have the toxic or unpleasant digestive effects that regular iron supps do.

From what I know, the best form of cholophyll is Chlorella, which, as you know, is also excellent for mopping up mercury from the body

Chemar,

Thanks for the info on iron. I've already been supplementing iron in a multi-mineral that contains 18 mg of iron. I'll wait and check with my doctor that's following the chelation for me before I add anymore iron.

Do you know if Chlorella or other forms of Chlorella contain mercury? On chelating kids they were having a discussion lately on Chlorella can be good, but its important to get a trusted source that doesn't contain mercury. A bunch of them went together to test the NDF products that contain chlorella to make sure it didn't contain mercury.
