JensOfSweden Posted August 27, 2011 Report Posted August 27, 2011 Both. Yes, caffeine tends to excarberate tics when taken in at 2 cups of coffee or more, but 1 cup of strong coffee can sometimes make my focus better and tics less for 1-2 hours. Then tics get worse again
