Great article. It explains why cholestryramine is helpful. Mom2Alex I know you were prescribed this when son was exposed to strep last and might be helpful in understanding why.

Wendy, I am very interested in this comment. I can't find info on mom2alex. Was the cholestryramine given because her son had poor detox paths? My son has the HLA-B27 gene type and after reading the article I am wondering if this is making his ability to detox harder.

Thanks for posting the article. In terms of the doctor's research, this article is actually quite old now. Below is a link to his new website. I think this man is a genius. He saved my family's health. He treats lyme disease very similarly to mold illness as he believes that both illnesses release neurotoxins (aka biotoxins) which are the cause of so many chronic illnesses. He has also found many of his patients were misdiagnosed with lyme actually had mold illness instead. In fact, I was initially being treated for lyme disease until, by chance, I mentioned to my lyme doctor that I had mold growing on my office wall. The lyme doctor stopped treating me and told me to go see the doctor referenced in the article.
