We were band 41 positive only for two of our children via Igenex. We did not unravel Lyme until we did further testing via an LLMD. For our older son we did Urine PCR testing with provocation and our third child was positive for co-infections. In our situation, it is congenital Lyme. 'Sometimes' when it is congenital Lyme the child's body doesn't recognize the bacteria foreign and therefore they do not make antibodies. Any antibody testing would have resulted in a false negative for two of my children. It took a good LLMD to properly evaluate our families situation.
