I came across this article and I don't recall seeing it posted here before. It is short and sweet and is really what every psychiatric emergency room in the US should be doing when kids come in with sudden onset OCD or tics.... someday this will be standard practice and our grandchildren will laugh at the idea that people went to the ER and no one thought to check for an infection.
