I am interested to know what people use and have tried to relieve the pain that some tics cause. My 11 year old daughter's chin-thrusting tic causes her to have pain in her upper back, shoulder & neck area. She goes for cranio-sacral & massage therapy once a week to try to relieve some of the tension and to help maintain proper alignment. Last week she really complained about the pain and took ibuprofen for 2 or 3 days. She's also playing a lot of softball so that might be aggravating it. I'm just curious to know what works for others.

Thanks,

Karen

Hello Karen. I don't know for sure what 'tics' is but I do know some techniques that releive pain naturally and very effectively. One of them is a yogic healing technique that dissipates and often completely dissolves pain, often in less than a few minutes.
