thereishope Posted January 29, 2011 Report Posted January 29, 2011 All I can find is that it will be 5/25-5/29 http://www.autismone.org/content/autismone-conference-2011
thereishope Posted January 31, 2011 Report Posted January 31, 2011 They announced this last night! Autism One/Generation Rescue Conference Announces FREE Admission http://www.ageofautism.com/2011/01/autism-onegeneration-rescue-conference-announces-free-admission.html
MomWithOCDSon Posted January 31, 2011 Report Posted January 31, 2011 Also, I see Dr. Cunningham and Dr. Swedo on the "invited speakers" list, but they are not confirmed. Don't see any other "PANDAS experts" names listed there thus far . . . no Leckman, Latimer, Murphy, Drs. B, K or T, for example. It's still early though, and "invited" doesn't necessarily mean "attending." Guess we'll just have to keep our collective ear to the ground!
thereishope Posted February 3, 2011 Report Posted February 3, 2011 Registration is now open http://www.autismone.org/content/2011-autismone-conference
Stephanie2 Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 For anyone interested in homeopathy, Pierre Fontaine will be speaking. Not sure if he will cover pandas but he does treat it.
EmersonAilidh Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 Wait. So, as a patient or just someone who's interested... Can you go to this? You don't have to be a doctor or anything? Sorry for the stupid question. :/

Johnsmom Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 I went 4 years ago. It was very well organized. Now that there are pandas tracks and its free, I may go again!
Healingthedude Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 This is an awesome conference. I am definitely going!
MomWithOCDSon Posted February 4, 2011 Report Posted February 4, 2011 I went last year, as did a few others here. It is well organized and fairly easy to navigate the schedule, the booths, etc. Last year there were, in the end, three PANDAS segments: one that rolled Dr. T., Swedo and Cunningham into an hour or so, one with Dr. B., and one with Beth Maloney. I'll be interested to see what actually appears on the schedule this year. Last year, I also went to a session by Dr. Kenneth Bock, which I thought was incredibly informational.
EmersonAilidh Posted February 5, 2011 Report Posted February 5, 2011 If it was just a WEEK later I would be out of school & could go. :/
LNN Posted February 5, 2011 Report Posted February 5, 2011 If it was just a WEEK later I would be out of school & could go. :/ About a month after the conference, you can buy DVDs of most of the presentations. Usually about $20/per session. So that's an option if you can't go. Check their site in the June/July time frame.
