cobbiemommy Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 Does anyone know the life cycle of Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever?? DS, 11, is on second month of Doxy for RMSF and Bartonella. He had a horrible rash that looked sort of like little red pimples (minus the white head) right before Christmas and was very tired. That rash cleared up almost entirely, but less than two weeks later it is back and he is super tired again. Although son is going to school on a shortened day, he goes from 7:45 to 1:00, he is still doing all of the required work. Today, he brought home his report card. He made the High Honor Roll for the second quarter in a row! I am so happy for him that his brain is functioning so much better and that he can do the work. Grades are not really the focus right now, but it is nice to know that he can do all that is required. Excuse my bragging. Really do want to know if anyone knows the life cycle of the RMSF. Thanks, Cobbie
philamom Posted January 8, 2011 Report Posted January 8, 2011 Bragging is music to my ears! Way to go Mr. Smarty Pants! I'm interested in the life cycle as well. Dd is on Minocin for Bartonella and RMSF.
