Please know that you are not alone in having a really bad year (or more than one) and we are here for you- here as in on the forum, on facebook, by email, by PM, and by phone. There are a great bunch of people here who want to virtually hold your hand through whatever it is that you are going through. I know because so many of them/you have held mine.
