Chemar
Hi art it was always recommended to us that we should use flaxSEED oil, preferably in combination with borage and evening primrose oils. If you can tolerate it, it is also good to add Omega 3 (fish oil) to the mix Natrol makes a good combination capsule with all in and it doesnt give one "fishy burps"
art
Thanks Chemar Ill look into the Natrol product. I guess they recommend the oil because Flaxseed w/o being ground up very fine does not get used by the body. Other things ive read suggest that a well balanced diet is made up of 75% alkalite food to 25% acidic. I think this ratio is important in preventing disease. Are all Sal. foods alkalite?
