For those on Taurine, a question

Is Taurine helping with hyperness at all? I know I asked something similar a while back and one person felt it did help. I was just wondering if anyone else had started it since then.

We've been using taurine for @ 3 months. What we see is not so much a decrease in hyperactivity as an increase in ability to focus w/o as much distractability.

when ds was on it..he was also on a bunch of other aminos and vitamins...

 

ds is mainly a ticcer...his tics were better by end of program which included exercises...but he did seem more busy?!?!?!
