  1. Hi Logismum, would you explain more about the allergy test which your child has done? We have IgE test here which is to draw blood. I don't know how the allergy test you describe comparing to the IgE test? Thank you!
  2. What kinds of tics are he experiencing?
  3. Thank you Logismum. Bonnie's supplements allow to ship to Australia, just select the country you want to ship.
  4. Thank you for commenting on GABA. Looking forward to see more updates on the supplements your child is using.
  5. Hi, My child is on rotation diet, which has limited him a lot of food, plus multivitamin from Bontech supplement, probiotic and taurine. Therefore, his tics are no longer waxing and waning like he was 3 years ago before he started the rotation diet. His tics will be aggravated only if he eats the wrong food, or try the wrong supplements. He is still struggling on compulsion and hyperactive, which magnesium and fish oils cannot help him. I read that some people do not have to following the diet so strictly when they are late teen. Some people said TS is life long. Some said 75% of people who has TS will overcome during adulthood. Some said rotation diet can help people get well in 2 years. What do you think? My child is still on strict rotation diet. Does he need to be on the strict diet for his whole life? Can tics diminish during adulthood? How about compulsion and hyperactive? Thank you very much!
  6. Logismum, can my child who is nine takes Cognisese, the one you recommended to zinto and your child is taking as well, along with multivatimin? I also interest in knowing if your child has any success on Congniese? Thanks!
  7. I think different kids react differently on the supplements. My child use bonnie supplement. He does well with it without any tics trigger. However, the natural calm or plain magnesium supplements do not help him. Based on my understanding, something that help ADHD may or may not help TS. My child cannot tolerate any fish oil which his tics will just be aggravated. Taurine and probiotic which my son is having helps his tics a lot along with strict diet. Can you limit your child to have certain kinds of food to eat during party?
  8. If he can wait, I suggest you have him to do one tooth fixing first. Then watch his reaction on tics, and how he overcomes over the time. And then wait for few weeks to do the next fixing.
  9. Hi, When my son did the extraction, and teeth cleaning, it did aggravate his tic, but the tics diminished after 2 weeks. I think you son will be too once he stops doing it. If he really need to get his teeth fixed, there will be traded off. But good thing is it will get better on tics. Don't worry.
  10. Thank you! This is helpful information. I didn't know the ingredient of the Epsom salt could be that useful. I will have my child to try it.
  11. Thank you! This is helpful information, and I will have my child try that too.
  12. Thank you! Most of the time, I just mixed the oils with the food without cooking the oil, sorry for not clarify. But may think about coconut oil. He is having coconut milk. But oils discourage me a lot.
  13. Thank you! Yes, I just gave my child oils separately. I was thinking to give him coconut oil, but it just discourages me after all the trial.
  14. Hi, Can Epsom Salt bath help with calming? How does it actually work? When should my child have it? When he is hyper? When he is irritate? How often should he have it in a week? Thank you so much!
  15. Hi, I have tried many kinds of cooking oils and fish oils like grapeseed oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, sesame oil, MCT oil, cod liver oil, flaxseed oil, and sardine oil but none of them work for my child who has Tourette. It just aggravates his symptoms like eye tics more, become very irritate, very hyper, night terror, not able to fall asleep at night. He is not sensitive to the food listed above. For example, he is eating cod fish, but once he has the cod liver oil, he has tics and irritation. I was thinking to add fat to his diet for his weight gain, but those oils can't help. Can anyone tell me why? Is there any other oil that you think it can be good for tics and mood? Thank you very much!
  16. Hi, does anyone know whether turmeric and ginger help with tics? If yes, how much the dose?
