Anyone for a Beverage Date?

Hello folks - First off - Hats off again to the folks who organized Pepsi refresh and to everyone who spent time every day in June voting!!

 

Now... I recall a post from JAG10 that said

One night in July, we should all grab a glass of our favorite wine or spirit, get together in our favorite meeting spot...here....and start a topic titled "What I've been willing to do to help my pandas child."

 

I KNOW Vickie and Kelly would have some humdingers to share on that thread!!!

I am wondering if anyone would like to do this... Pick a day and (approximate) time... get a beverage of your choosing... and sit down and type away!

 

Anyone in?? Suggest a date and I will try to be there!

Wow.... That post was a month ago? Seems like a lot longer than that.

 

I say we let Kelly and Vickie pick the date. Lord knows they have some wild stories to share about other causes plotting and scheming.....

 

Kelly sounded like she was running to the airport, so I don't know when she'd be game?

 

Wish there was a way to turn the board private to members, just for a night

Just looked up skype-couldn't find an option for a group (doesn't mean it doesn't exist--I just couldn't find it). Also looked up gotomeeting.com. They have several options based on number of participants and a free trial option...that might work. I love the idea of a celebratory gathering...and wouldn't a once per month video conference be extraordinary?!
