Immunoglobulin supplement

Anyone heard of this before? It's new to me. Wondering if it would be helpful for the pandas kids who don't mount much immune response.

I haven't heard of that brand, but I have another brand here at home that I got from our holistic chiropractor years ago. I have used it myself, but I don't know if I really got a response to it.
