SOPHIAS CURE NEEDS US

Those of you who took part in the pepsi refresh voting for PANDAS last month remember that Sophias Cure (for spinal muscular atrophy) was a big supporter of PANDAS. Well... they are #3 in the $250k contest .... and the top 2 projects get funded.... So if you have not been voting, please go back and support all of our previous supporters... especially Sophias Cure. If you are new to this forum ....you might want to go in and make a login name and vote. These folks helped us get $50K to fund Dr. Cunningham's research.

Yes, and something really stinks about #1- Hip, Hop Academy....we need to knock them out and push up Sophia's sweet little babies!

I hope they can make that push forward. They have added more causes to their alliance recently.

 

Another way to help Sophia's Cure is if you have facebook, simply "like" this page http://www.facebook.com/FloodControlInc?ref=ts

 

Flood control is donating $1 to Sophia's Cure for every person that just "likes" their page!

Sophia's Cure called me last night to thank us for our support and to put a request in for some heavy voting. They are getting nervous as some causes are starting to push Rett out the way and they do not want to be next.

 

The man I spoke to is the Father of Sophia. He is very kind. His daughter, Sophia, just celebrated her first birthday. I believe he once said the expected life span may only be 2 years. He is also expecting a baby boy in a few weeks.

 

Let's pull together and help this family and help all the babies and kids that need this research!Thank you!
