It says the vet thought it was a brain tumor or feline dementia. The owner describes sudden onset aggression, emotional lability, and obsessive behavior, among other things. The cat was only 4 years old.

I wish the vet had done an autopsy and the blog had reported the results.

It does seem that this poor cat had PANDAS-like symptoms...so sad

An MRI would have been really nice. Or even a trial of Azith. and then pred!

Maybe get the CamK II levels while were at it!
