Immunologist for Autism Spectrum Disorder and TS

I was wondering if anyone has had success with going to an immunologist and if so, what treatments and tests did they recommend? Did your child/children improve in symptoms?

I have a son with suspected TS, but I feel like asperger's as well. I sometimes don't know if his movements are stimming or tics? What was your son like at three?
