I've added a link to a clinical health website in the UK that I found. A wealth of information, and some very interesting articles.

Can I please just check that I can do this link. I cannot find any advertising on the website, but I'm functioning on 5 hours sleep in 48!

 

It has Lancet papers and other studies linked to Neuro damage etc. (and especially immune system studies)
