dee45 Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 Hi.' looking for multivitamin for 10yr old any suggestions would be great. Deanna
mama2alex Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 We give our ds9 Nutrivitamin Enzyme Complex Without Iron from Integrative Therapeutics - 1 cap twice a day. I buy it at a small, local health food store - $40 for a 3 month supply. This was recommended by our DAN doc.
Suzan Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 Our Dan! recommends Kirkman Spectrum Complete. My girls take 2 caps a day. Our Ped. Neurologist recommends Origin of Life over all others for my dd8 but she can't stand the taste. I think it tastes fine but she's very sensitive that way. http://www.vitaminworld.com/pages/file.asp...9&CPID=3579 Susan
Joan Pandas Mom Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 Just curious Deanna, why without iron?
momto2pandas Posted February 9, 2010 Report Posted February 9, 2010 We use Intrakid. It's an expensive, good-tasting liquid multivitamin/mineral/herbal, and it seems to be an essential part of ds's program. We've tried to take him off of it 4 times but each time we've regretted it and gone back, because he does so much better on it.
