I agree with the previous posts. While I understand the volume of work she may have, my feeling is that she's not really getting or paying attention to the feedback that she gets from the parents. In my opinion, this is very important, I mean not all are petty questions. if she is helping PANDAS kids, the close monitoring is important too, especially since many are out-of-towners. I've had my questions, concerns and request for advice gone unanswered, so I basically found another boyfriend...
