britneymag
EA Mom, I did email Dr Cunningham and I just heard back from her. She said that she would be interested in having DD in the study but wanted some history on both of us. I don't have my DD's history as far as being tested for strep and mine is written in such bad handwriting that I'm not sure that they could read it. Did you have to send in history's to be included? Thank you so much for the name and number. Houston is only 3 hours away and very doable if it is going to help my DD. Melanie

Melanie I just wrote a few paragraphs of my daughters medical history from memory- not official records from the doctor. Told her to let me know if she needed more info- she sent me a kit. EAMom
I would definitely mention your own history of ARF/antibiotics as a child (and that you may have had PANDAS). Yes, like peglem said...you don't need exact dates etc. Just a few paragraphs, mention the strep infections, your dd's specific symptoms (specificlly how her OCD is manifested, describe the tics, other issues...mood, urinary, etc.), a general timeline of events would be good...
