tryinmybest
Hello, We just returned from a visit with a naturopath doctor. She did several tests which showed my son does not have food allergies but high levels or mercury amoung other things. She reccomended he start taking metal flush a natural herbal supplement. Has anyone here had experience with this? How have you dealt with high mercury levels? Thanks! Holly
faith
tryinmybest, A few years ago we also had some metal testing done thru our Naturopath and then used a product called Metal-Free (you could google it) it was supposed to be a natural slow chelator. To be honest, it was part of several other things we were trying, and eventually I did abandon it, things were not exactly going smoothly in the right direction. I can't attest to it working/helping or not, I just tried it as part of the protocol at the time, among other things. Basically I have shyed away from the chelation and metal angle. I don't think I'm helping here, am I? lol. sorry, I guess I really don't have any opinion or inut one way or another, but just wanted to let you know we did try something like that a while back.. I would think it be okay to follow thru under the guidance of the naturo, I suppose after a time, you would test again? Faith
guy123
Wouldn't chelation be beneficial anyway, even if it doesn't reduce tics?
