looking for a good multi and ? about soy

Hi Everyone

 

I'm back to looking for a a good multi. My daughter is currently on The vitamin code but she can't take the smell of it and she gags.

I have been looking for the past couple of months for another good one and find myself keep coming back to New Chapter Only one. The only problem is this has lemon in it and she came out sensitive to lemon on the igg, Medium on the scale. I thought I would try it any way but I also have a concerns about soy. I read good things about soy and bad. I'm not sure but I thought I read some where soy is not good for kids. My daughter is 15.
