colleenrn
Amy- I am a nurse and I also am pretty sure I was a PANDAS child. Two of my sister's kids have PANDAS. My mom had rheumatic fever. I strongly believe there is a genetic connection. My child with the worst PANDAS was almost fully vaccinated, my other 3 were not. I believe one of the main triggers besides strep is the vaccines. momtotaylor
Hi all, It is funny because growing up I wanted to be a detective. I am now in the insurance field and I work with numbers. A lot of my job entails research and math. Going through this with our daughter, we were analyzed by the doctors just as much as our daughter was. Yes, we both have OCD tendencies. My husband has them more that I do. For example, he has to have all of the faucet levers lined up directly over the spigots. Our house is immaculately clean, thanks to him. He loves vacuum cleaner lines in the carpet and they are a must. He Lysols the garage floor very often. Etc., etc. I could go on forever. Once winter hits, my husband's father posts signs on his garage door indicating that cold and flu season has arrived, please wash your hands before entering....I never thought much of it. Apparently, these are all OCD behaviors. My husband has a history of strep and he had his tonsils removed as a child.

Indigo
I am studying to be a marriage/family counselor. I don't think I have any OCD stuff, but I have some sensory issues with certain noises and fabrics annoying me.
