PANDAS DOCTORS IN CHARLOTTE, NC AREA

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in the Charlotte, NC area that deals with PANDAS? We have been to several doctors in the area; all of which have not personally dealt with a PANDAS patient, which makes getting help for this very difficult.
