Debbie1
In an effort to calm down my son's tics, I gave him Epsom Salth baths two days in a row after camp. (We only did this once or twice in this past and did not see any improvement). For the entire time he was in the bath, the tics (primarily vocal) calmed down dramatically. As soon as he came out of the bath, he was ticcing again - I think just as bad as before he took the bath. Can anyone explain to me why this would happen? Pudgeo
Any type of bath is soothing...My son started taking 2 or 3 day after PANDAS struck us. Epsom salts are detoxing him....Have youhad him checked for metal toxicity? Sarah

colleenrn
Are the Epsom salt baths helpful for the OCD part of PANDAS? I know they can help reduce tics, but what about OCD? Thanks, Colleen
