Lecithin

I think the latter. dont know, but there used to be a fad where one would take lecithin and apple cider vinegar to promote weight loss. Don't know if it is substantiated, but I seem to recall that. you could google that and see what it was about.

It's supposed to emulsify fats, but would that mean either they're more easily absorbed (causing weight gain) or they're more easily broken down, mobilised and expelled (causing weight loss)?

 

 

I have a tendency to agree with Faith but not because I know but it just makes more sense. I know that it is great for lowering bad cholesterol and raising HDL (good cholesterol. Although, virtually non-toxic...I am a firm believer than any thing in excess isn't good...so be careful.
