Greyhound
I'm taking 300mg magnesium per day at the moment but should I be supplementing this with calcium or is that the whole point in supplementing with magnesium - that the proportions are wrong? I mean, I have milk on my breakfast and milk in the evening (and I'd most likely be getting calcium in the meals). I'm worried that taking calcium as well might cause too much calcium (and calcium deposits in my kidneys). I hope that makes sense lol I'm writing this at work. faith
I don't think its absolutely necessary to supplement calcium. I know that you are not supposed to have too much more calcium than magnesium, as the calcium pulls the magnesium I think. Look at the Natural Calm magnesium site, that info is somewhere in there (the calcium/mag ratio). I'd link it for ya, but I'm feeling lazy right now. LOL!
