Can anyone with more experience advise on these

After many nights and hours reading and searching I have purchased the following multi vitamin for my 5 year old to take along with her natural calm.

 

Can someone check them out and give me some input. You all have some more information and experience than I. I would hate to give her something that might make her tics worse.
